Thus, the service requested is no longer dependent on an individual.
The PeoplePath™ process is controlled by United Safety’s Operations Technical Coordinators who measure and verify performance through reports like checklists and audits. These reports are discussed with their Process Excellence Supervisors and action plans are laid out for improvement opportunities to be addressed and rectified through onsite development programs.
