United Safety’s Hazardous Gas Safety Specialist is experienced in providing safety supervision onsite where the possibility of having a hazardous/Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health (IDLH) environment exists. Gases such as Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S), Sulphur Dioxide (SO2), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), and combustibles are encountered in these environments. Like all United Safety personnel, this safety professional demonstrates a strong commitment to safety culture.
The specialist understands applicable legislation, emergency response plans (ERPs), safe work procedures, and industry codes of practice. They ensure that onsite teams consistently follow safety requirements and best practices.
