A sour gas plant operator needed to provide its onsite workers with a safe option to muster-in-place during their commute through an IDLH environment. United Safety customized and co-designed a solution with the customer where Air Qruise™ technology which incorporated gas detection, breathing air and automatic shut-off was retrofitted into the customer’s fleet. The results speak for itself. 14 Air Qruise™ Troopers have provided over 100 workers with over 30,000 manhours of safety in an IDLH environment.
Computer vision technology was used to provide client with an integrated, technology based solution that improved safety on completions operations.
United Safety used computer vision technology to improve the safety of workers by ensuring no personnel were present in the geo-fenced exclusion zones during hydraulic fracturing pumping operations. If personnel were present in restricted areas, the system automatically shut off the hydraulic fracturing pumps during pumping operations.
