Challenge:

Client is falling behind schedule on their critical path vessels. Lack of visibility to work being performed is hampering the adjustments to meet budget and schedule.

Solution:

TeQ Shield™ GUARDIAN-PRIME collects data on craft, headcount, and time spent in the vessel.  Pushing the data back through its mesh network, PRIME creates a data portal identifying crafts and time being lost on the critical path.  Turnaround leads can identify headcount shortages in real time to adjust craft load to improve schedule.
