The client, a large Oil and Gas multinational, had a planned turnaround coming up. To maximize efficiency, the client wanted to ensure that workers had uninterrupted access to the safety equipment they needed. To keep costs in control, inventory needed to be accurately tracked, monitored, serviced and billed on a daily basis. 

Challenge:

To ensure workers have easy and prompt access to the equipment they need, reducing lost tool time, inventory also needs to be effectively tracked and monitored for accurate daily usage reports and billing.

Solution:

12 safety shops were set up across the turnaround site to enhance efficiency and provide easy access to required tools. All inventory was tracked and monitored, with daily billing and usage reports sent to the client.
