Can you tell us a little about SIS in Italy? How long has the brand been around and what does it stand for?

United Safety entered Italy back in 1998 with United Safety Italian Branch, a subsidiary of United Safety Cyprus. In 2000, a joint venture, S.I.S. or Servizi Integrati di Sicurezza, the Italian translation of United Safety was formally constituted.

What are the key areas of focus for SIS?

SIS is mainly involved in the European Upstream environment. In recent years, we have expanded our market in downstream, vocational trainings and confined space rescue.

Tell us about United Safety SIS? What’s new and different now?

This would be a long story, but I’ll try to summarize as much as possible and starting from today, I would appreciate if you could refer to us as United Safety Europe. As the first employee of United Safety Italian Branch, back in 1998, I always looked for our full return to the “mothership”. Watching United Safety’s worldwide expansion and continuous innovations has been an exciting experience, knowing that sooner or later we would be part of it. Now that this process has been completed, the entire team is looking to expand its knowledge, market and opportunities. The European Operation is now a very exciting environment to work in.

What are the growth plans for expanding across Europe?

Having access to all available new technologies United Safety owns, which are completely new to our region, we expect a significant impact on current market as well as huge potential to expand into new ones.

What new technologies and changes can we expect to see soon?

With over 142 innovations that have been recently brought to the market by United Safety, there is a lot to choose from and depending on our requirements, we will be launching them in our region soon.
