Shayne also discussed how United Safety has been growing for the past 29 years, and the areas we currently operate in now, he said \u201cWith an eye on market growth and the careful consideration of the particularities and cultural differences in each country, we were able to achieve sustainable growth.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>They later debated how United Safety is able to listen to customer feedback systematically, in order to improve services. This feedback also often leads to innovation, and Shayne explained the company\u2019s long-term, comprehensive strategy for information flow and technology innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conversation then went on to how much planning and preparation goes into executing projects such as turnarounds, and how United Safety utilizes best-in-class processes to ensure operations run smoothly. Finally, Shayne explained one of United Safety\u2019s most recent innovations, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unitedsafety.net\/safety-solutions\/confined-space-monitoring-technology-teq-shield-guardian\/\">TeQ Shield\u2122 Guardian (Confined Space Monitoring Technology)<\/a>.
