  • Exactly what personnel are available, and what their personality profile is (to improve team fit)

Our dispatch team members are trained to ask more questions that simply “what do you need when?” Often they are called
upon to coordinate with Account Managers to determine what mix of equipment and personnel would be a best fit; often custom
packages are pre-built to suite specific needs. By being more than simple order takers, our dispatch team become part of your
team of trusted advisors.
