Safety Management Systems

A Gap Assessment of the customers’ Safety management Systems clearly identifies the risks. This data allows our Subject Matter Experts to develop a thorough improvement plan for the customer.

Emergency Response Plan

Subject Matter Experts review existing plans to identify gaps and develop a plan which meets or exceeds legislation and industry best practices.

Oil Spill Plans

After identifying existing gaps, Subject Matter Experts develop an oil spill plan in line with best practices and legislation.

Physical Effects Modeling

This computer-based modeling of hazardous materials’ release and its effects on the surroundings is critical for customers to plan for potential hazardous events.

Wellhead Risk Assessment

Subject Matter Experts conduct a detailed wellhead assessment and risk-ranking on the assets. This data is stored in a Wellhead Risk Assessment Program (WRAP) which can be accessed by customers anytime and from anywhere.

Pipeline Risk Assessment

An overview of the integrity of all components of Oil and Gas pipelines and a detailed report on corrective actions.

Facility Risk Assessment

A detailed integrity analysis report of all Oil and Gas facility components along with a complete plan of corrective measures.

Quantitative Risk Assessment

Allow the risk to personnel, environment, installation and/or assets associated with a particular activity to be estimated in absolute quantity.

HAZOP identifies hazards and operability problems occurring as a result of deviations from the intended process.

HAZID identifies all significant hazards associated with a particular activity.

Blowout Contingency Plan

Establishes a process for responding to, and safely managing well control emergencies.

An effective environmental program is critical in decreasing risk and liability in both local and international aspects of the energy sector.
