The General Foreman performs a host of functions. From onsite management of daily operations to accident and incident reporting, developing mobilization and demobilization plans for equipment and manpower to setting up a tracking system for equipment with the QA/QC team, the general foreman will keep your onsite operations running smoothly.
The foreman also plays a key role in approving all onsite emergency response plans and rescue plans developed by the ERT team and is a central point of contact for all onsite personnel. He ensures that accurate manpower is always available and is also responsible for providing on-the-job training for new hires.
