The United Safety Difference
In the event of an emergency, United Safety responds with all the resources it has at its disposal. We immediately send additional senior leadership to site to help with assessment and Emergency Response Plan implementation. We send extra equipment, such as additional air trailers, which stay on standby in case it is needed; our customers do not pay for them unless they are used. In an emergency, we bring all we can to the table to help our customers respond to the situation adequately and in a timely manner.
United Safety’s emergency response process is called ERPCon. This is a refined methodology that escalates our response above the stated severity of the emergency. ERPCon is proactive in nature; it assumes that a situation can get worse, and it responds with additional resources above what is considered needed until the situation is confirmed stable.
